Kucharik Wool Tights
Hard core road cyclists have known for decades that wool will keep you warmer and dryer than any other fabric. Kucharik uses only 100% Merino wool from New Zealand; the softest and finest available. All seams are double stitched and flat locked for incredible durability and comfort. Perfect for cold and/or damp weather. Only wool retains 80% of its insulating qualities when soaking wet. Rated for use between 20 and 60 degrees fahrenheit (-7 and 16 degrees celsius). Gently elasticized waist. Easy entry, zippered and elasticized cuffs. Cuffs are now solid black; they no longer have World Color bands.
For maximum rated warmth, Kucharik Wool tights are designed to be worn over shorts, or in colder weather, over knickers. Can also be used for running or skiing. Hand wash with Cafe Suds, drip dry. Available in small - XL, see the sizing chart below. Made in the USA.

Kucharik Lycra/Fleece Tights
Ideal for cool early or late season rides. Extra tough nylon/lycra exterior is wind and abrasion resistant. Thin, brushed polypro fleece lining feels great, and will keep you warm and dry. Smooth fitting, six panel, anatomical design allows for wide freedom of movement on the trail or the road. Rated for use between 40 and 64 degrees fahrenheit (4 and 18 degrees celsius). Gently elasticized waist and cuffs.
For maximum rated warmth, Kucharik Lycra/Fleece tights are designed to be worn over shorts, or in colder weather, over knickers. However, for maximum comfort, we also have these available with an Ultra Suede chamois sewn in.

Kucharik Deluxe Lycra Tights - with suspenders
Warmer and more comfortable than Kucharik's regular Lycra/Fleece tights. Extra tough nylon/lycra exterior is wind and abrasion resistant. These heavyweight tights will keep you warm and dry from 30 to 60 degrees fahrenheit (0 to 16 degrees celsius). The special Coolmax/lycra upper with a high cut back (not pictured), enhances moisture transport and fits easily over any undershirt.
For maximum rated warmth, Kucharik Lycra Bib tights are designed to be worn over shorts, or in colder weather, over knickers. Pace Innova Tights
Designed for cool weather riding when the temperature is between 30 and 65 degrees fahrenheit (0 and 16 degrees celsius). Pace's two ply Innova/P2 Polyolefin fabric combines a four way stretchable outer layer that effectively blocks wind and water with a soft, fleece lining that wicks away perspiration. Extra features include: a smooth, four panel, anatomical cut, seven inch (18 cm ) cuff zippers for easy entry, rubber cuff grippers that seal out drafts, and a lycra drawstring waist for maximum comfort. Sheds snow and water well. Excellent for cross country skiing and trail running also.
For maximum rated warmth, Pace tights are designed to be worn over shorts, or in extremely cold weather, over knickers.

Wool requires special care

We strongly recommend washing all cycle clothing and especially wool wear, by hand, in luke warm water and with Cafe Suds. Gently rinse with luke warm tap water. To dry, lay the garment on a large towel. Now cover the wet garment with a second towel. Then carefully roll the towels and garment into a cylinder. Squeeze or pat, but do not wring. Let sit for 10 minutes, then unroll. Hang the garment inside on a clothing rack away from any direct heat source. Allow to dry naturally.
Wool requires extra care but it will reward you with superior comfort, durability and performance.
