ASSOS Airblock Thermax Tights
Newly redesigned for cold weather riding when the temperature is between 9 and 50 degrees fahrenheit (-14 to 15 degrees celsius). The exclusive ASSOS AirBlock insulated, double layer fabric starts with a soft, microfiber innermost layer that effectively retains body heat while efficiently transporting perspiration. The thick and stretchy heavy weight insulated AirBlock outer fabric blocks chilling winds and keeps you toasty warm. Six of the eight panels are covered with insulating AirBlock material for an exceptionally warm and windproof garment. The two remaining panels are soft and fleecy Roubaix material and are designed to rapidly dissipate perspiration.
Extra features include: padded lycra bib suspenders and stirrups for maximum dexterity, a snug, anatomical eight panel cut that insures a perfect fit, high cut, fleece lined back for extra warmth, and a 12 inch (30 cm) front nylon zipper for quick and easy rest stops. For maximum rated warmth, ASSOS Thermax tights are designed to be worn over shorts, or in extremely cold weather, over knickers. However, for maximum comfort, we also have these with a Bi-tread chamois sewn in.

ASSOS Roubaix Tights
Designed for cool weather riding when the temperature is between 41 and 64 degrees fahrenheit (5 and 18 degrees celsius). The exclusive ASSOS Roubaix fabric features a soft, fleecy inner layer that effectively traps body heat while efficiently transporting perspiration. The tightly woven and stretchy outer, nylon/lycra layer blocks moderate winds and breathes well.
Extra features include: a smooth, eight panel, anatomical cut for maximum dexterity and comfort, lycra bib suspenders and stirrups for a perfect fit, an upper back, mesh panel that provides more ventilation, and a 12 inch (30 cm) front nylon zipper for quick and easy rest stops.

ASSOS Airblock Tights
The ASSOS Airblock tights are identical in cut, design and construction to the ASSOS Roubaix tights described above. However, ASSOS incorporates Airblock, a micro-perforated fabric into the sides, thighs and knees of these fine tights. Airblock material completely blocks wind and water while allowing perspiration to evaporate. It is designed for cold weather riding when the temperature is between 32 and 61 degrees fahrenheit (0 and 16 degrees celsius). Airblock tights are especially well suited for damp, windy or drizzly climates.
Extra features include: a smooth, eight panel, anatomical cut for maximum dexterity and comfort, lycra bib suspenders and stirrups for a perfect fit, an upper back, mesh panel that provides more ventilation, and a 12 inch (30 cm) front nylon zipper for quick and easy rest stops.
The phantom rider pictured above is wearing Airblock tights with a solid black Prosline Airblock jacket. The photo below shows ASSOS Airblock colored tights worn with the matching ASSOS Prosline Airblock jackets. The actual Airblock fabric consists of the black panels on both the tights and jackets pictured below. All Airblock tights and jackets are fully lined with ASSOS Roubaix, soft and warm, micro-fiber fleece.

Wear and care...

We strongly recommend washing all cycle clothing by hand, in luke warm water and with Cafe Suds. Gently rinse with luke warm tap water. To dry, lay the garment on a large towel. Next carefully roll the towel and garment into a cylinder. Squeeze or pat, but do not wring. Let sit for 10 minutes, then unroll. Hang the garment inside on a clothing rack away from any direct heat source. Allow to dry naturally.
Drip dry your tights with the chamois side out and away from direct sunlight. Before each ride apply a thin layer of Chamois Cream for extra comfort and better hygiene. Extra care when washing and drying will reward you with superior comfort, durability and performance.
