Surly Track Cogs

Soma Track Cogs

• Computer controlled machining allows Soma to produce a track cog that is smooth running, long wearing and beautifiully finished.

Track Lockrings

• Left to right:
  Sugino Track hub lockring, Campagnolo Track hub lockring and a freewheel style hub lockring
• Sugino has 1.29 x 24 threads per inch, is reverse threaded and fits all TRACK hubs but Campagnolo. It is precisely machined from cro-moly steel and heat treated. Black finish with two notches.
• The Campagnolo lockring has 33.5mm.x 24 threads per inch and is reverse thread. It fits Campagnolo hubs only. Brushed silver finish, heat treated cro-moly steel with two notches.
• The road freewheel style lockring screws on freewheel style hubs only to hold a single cog on. Black, heat treated steel with normal right hand threads. 1.37 x 24 threads per inch with four notches.

Hozan Lockring Wrench

• Drop-forged and beautifully chromed for exceptional durability.
• Each end has a different size curve and hook. Fits all track lock rings including Campagnolo.
• Medium length handle gives just the right amount of leverage for tightening track lock rings.

Wheels Mfg Track Cog Chain Whip

• Genuine hardened tool steel bar will not twist or flex.
• Heavy duty 1/8 inch pitch track chain fits all 1/8 and 3/32 wide track cogs including Campagnolo.
• Medium length, padded, handle gives just the right amount of leverage for loosening tight track cogs. Ideal for tightening track cogs before you snug down the track lock ring.

KMC Silver Track Chain

• The KMC Z410 track chain is wider than a normal derailleur chain and should only be used on non-derailleur bicycles like track, BMX and cruiser bikes.
• Comes with a connecting link. May be shortened with a normal chain tool.
• The pitch or width of this chain is 1/2 inch by 1/8 inch. That is to say that the width of the teeth it will engage are 1/2 inch apart, peak to peak, and 1/8 of an inch wide.
• The overall width of this chain is 9.3mm, it is 112 links long and weighs 399 grams. Ideal for heavy duty use and wet conditions.
• Excellent quality, made in Japan.

SRAM Nickel Plated Track Chain

• The SRAM PC-1 nickel plated track chain is wider than a normal derailleur chain and should only be used on non-derailleur bicycles like track, BMX and cruiser bikes.
• Comes with a connecting link. May be shortened with a normal chain tool.
• The pitch or width of this chain is 1/2 inch by 1/8 inch. That is to say that the width of the teeth it will engage are 1/2 inch apart, peak to peak, and 1/8 of an inch wide.
• The overall width of this chain is 7.8mm, it is 114 links long and weighs only 332 grams.
• Excellent quality, ideal for use in competition.

Nitto Cro-moly Track Handlebar

• Japanese Keirin Association approved.
• Available in Cro Moly steel in 40 cm width only.
• Size is measured from the center of the open bar end to center of the opposite bar opening.
• 25.4 clamp opening, 170mm drop, 108mm reach.
• Excellent quality, made in Japan.

TTT Alloy Track Handlebar

• Available in aluminum alloy in 42 or 44cm.
• Size is measured from the outside edge of the open bar end to outside edge of the opposite bar opening.
• 25.8/26.0 clamp opening, 200mm drop, 135mm reach.
• Japanese Keirin Association approved.
• Excellent quality, made in Italy.

Campagnolo Record Track Hubs

• Low flange with 32 or 36 hole drillings. Sorry, but 28 hole Record hubs are no longer made and we do not have any in stock.
• Rear hub is threaded on one side for a cog and lockring.
• A 33.5 x 24 tpi lockring is included but not a 1.37 x 24 threads per inch cog.
• The front hub weighs 204 grams while the rear hub tips the scales at 284 grams.
• The front hub use 100mm dropout to dropout spacing while the rear uses 120mm spacing. 100mm is normal for road forks. 120 spacing is 10mm shorter than most modern road frames so will need to add a 5mm axle spacer to each side for use with a road or derailleur style frame.
• The high flange Campagnolo track hubs were discontinued in late 2001.
• Excellent quality, made in Italy.

Shimano Dura-Ace Track Hubs

• Low flange with 28, 32 or 36 hole drillings.
• Rear hub is threaded on both sides for a cog and lockring.
• A 1.29 x 24 tpi lockring is included but not a 1.37 x 24 threads per inch cog.
• The front hub use 100mm dropout to dropout spacing while the rear uses 120mm spacing. 100mm is normal for road forks. 120 spacing is 10mm shorter than most modern road frames so will need to add a 5mm axle spacer to each side for use with a road or derailleur style frame.
• Excellent quality, made in Japan.

Suzue Junior Track Hubs

• High flange with 32 or 36 hole drillings.
• Rear hub is threaded on one side for a cog and reverse threaded lockring. The other side uses a normal 1.37 x 24 tpi thread for the cog AND lockring.
• A 1.29 x 24 tpi lockring is NOT included. Uses 1.37 x 24 threads per inch track cogs.
• The front hub use 100mm dropout to dropout spacing while the rear uses 120mm spacing. 100mm is normal for road forks. 120 spacing is 10mm shorter than most modern road frames so will need to add a 5mm axle spacer to each side for use with a road or derailleur style frame.
• The fixed cog side uses ten 3/16 of an inch ball bearings while the opposite side employs nine 1/4 of an inch ball bearings. We suggest regreasing and adjusting the bearings before using.
• Good quality, made in Japan.

Suzue Pro Max Track Hubs

• High flange with 32 hole drilling.
• Rear hub is threaded on one side for a cog and reverse threaded lockring. The other side uses a normal 1.37 x 24 tpi thread for the cog AND lockring.
• A 1.29 x 24 tpi lockring is NOT included. Uses 1.37 x 24 threads per inch track cogs.
• Front and rear axles are 9.5mm x 26 tpi. The front axle is flattened so it will slide into all fork tips. A 1.29 x 24 tpi lockring is NOT included.
• The front hub use 100mm dropout to dropout spacing while the rear uses 120mm spacing. 100mm is normal for road forks. 120 spacing is 10mm shorter than most modern road frames so will need to add a 5mm axle spacer to each side for use with a road or derailleur style frame.
• Both the front and rear hubs employ replaceable, silky smooth, sealed cartridge bearings.
• Excellent quality, beautifully finished and made in Japan.

MKS Custom Keirin Track Pedals

• Custom Nuevo Keirin Track; for track or road use.
• Sealed cup and cone bearings are silky smooth. These fine pedals weigh just 305 grams per pair.
• Forged and hand polished body with black anodized cages. Cro-moly, heat treated and chromed spindles. For use with traditional toe clips and straps
